Duckworth delivers throughout the UK using a combination of our own Duckworth Delivery Network and trusted courier partners.

Online delivery is not available to Highlands & Islands postcode areas.
If your postcode falls within one of the excluded areas below, please contact our Sales Team before placing your order. In some cases, we may be able to arrange delivery and provide a bespoke carriage quotation.
Excluded postcode areas:
AB36–38, AB54–56, HS1–9, IV4–56, IV63, KW1–17, PA20–49, PA60–78, PH15–44, PO30–41, TR21–25 and ZE1–3.
Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: 1–3 working days
- Next Working Day Delivery: Order before 12pm
- Weekend deliveries are available at an additional charge – please contact Customer Services for details

Click & Collect is available free of charge from our Distribution Centre, please allow up to 3 hours before collection.

Additional Delivery Information
- Deliveries are made between 8:00am and 5:00pm.
- If an item is out of stock, it will be highlighted on your delivery note and dispatched as soon as stock becomes available.
- Customers within the Duckworth Delivery Network may contact Customer Services to discuss preferred delivery days, times or safe-place instructions.
- If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful within the Duckworth Delivery Network, your order will be returned to our depot and re-delivered on the next available delivery day for your area.
Returns & Cancellations
To arrange a return, please contact our Customer Services Team.
Returns Policy
Customers may request a refund, exchange or replacement within 30 days of receipt provided that goods are:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In a re-saleable condition
Partial refunds may apply where items have been opened, soiled or partially used.
Restocking charges may apply.
Return carriage costs may be covered in part or in full at Duckworth's discretion.
Customers within the Duckworth Delivery Network can arrange a free return collection by one of our drivers.
Faulty or Missing Items
Any faulty products, shortages or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Services Team within 24 hours of placing your order.
